[Resolved] Flipkart — did not receive brand tag during unboxing and not accepting return | |
This is very disheartening that company like flipkart is not accepting my item though initiating return on my app i have already mentioned in my remarks that no brand tags were available during unboxing but they are refusing my return by saying that it was a 'flipkart assured product' and the tag can't go missing there. Seems this is a new way of duping potential customers by selling your products under the category ' flipkart assured' and providing no brand tags and after that you don't initiate return. # my last option is to approach the consumer forum.
