[Resolved]  Flipkart — didn't accept my return

I ordered lotto sandal on flipkart. Size is not fit. I didn't use this product. I heard to return, no one came to retake it, but canceled my return, raise consumer compliants no use, more than one week. Didn't accept my return. Just told seller policy and other unnotify details. Lotto sandal are worst. Customer care told i didn't do any from this. And worst customer care. More than one week, i raised to return. No one heard this. Delivery boy and customer care services blame like cycle. No one take response to resolve thiz. You should give 30days return policy. But ur customer service said this is seller policy sir I didn't do any for this. 2 or 3 time automatically canceled my return, No one arrived. Its make frustrated with ur ecom. Accept my return and refund my amount.
