[Resolved]  Flipkart — didn't get refund of a cancelled product after the promised date

I purchased an item on flipkart-a mobile,
But i accidentally booked wrong colour after knowing that i cancelled the product and reorder the same in the colour i need i bought this item using a gift card of 3000 and 4999 by debit card
The payment through gift card has been refunded instantly but i didn't receive the payment through debit card
When asked about it they said the amount is refunded by seller on 1st august and it will be credited to my account on or before 9th august but till now i didn't receive the payment
When i contacted them the executive asked to wait till 12th august which isn't possible because i have urgent needs with that cash

Customer service executive said that they got the confirmation for the refund and i need to contact my bank
For contacting my bank i need a reference number when i asked about this he said i will get a mail with relevant information but i didn't got one
After that i chatted with their customer care and he said they don't have a reference number
Then how can i contact my bank

We would like to inform you that the seller has initiated refunded ₹ 300 on 01 Sep 19 and it will be credited to your EGV Wallet. The seller has initiated refunded ₹ 4999 on 01 Sep 19 and this should have been credited in your bank account by now. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
