[Resolved] Flipkart — didn't order any product and still got the order and received mistakenly | |||||
I have not ordered anything on flipkart but received the product by means of cash on delivery. People in home thought i have ordered something so they received and paid for it. But when i came to know i called their customer care and i was terrified to know that they can not do anything in this. Now after talking to the customer care they are saying i am supposed to keep this order which i have not ordered and i dont want to keep it but im not having any other option. Order id - od[protected] Tracking id - fmpc[protected] Above are the details of the order which came to me today which i have not ordered in my address. Name and addresses were correct so my family took the order but i have not placed any such order. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Sep 04, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that he has not placed the order and same was delivered to his relative. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed the register email Id and mobile number linked with the order. We have informed the customer that since order is placed from his account and contact was made after delivery, due to this, the seller will not be able to accommodate the return request. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
