Flipkart — different brand old laptop (dell) received instead of new lenovo laptop

I received my order on 10th august 2019. I received dell laptop (Not in working condition) instead of lenovo. I found dell laptop in lenovo box (Lenovo box was not sealed) in sealed flipkart box. I had immediate register a complaint to flipkart for the same. 1st time flipkart executive register my replacement request and also complete the formality to select the reason for the replacement. The replacement request has been approved by the seller but the wishmaster denied to pick up and told me the selected reason for request was incorrect. So i again call to flipkart and discuss the matter, this time flipkart executive register my refund request and complete the formalities to select the reason for return request. Refund request approved by seller but again wishmaster denied to pick up and told me the selected reason for return request was incorrect and it will continue to next 4 times.
Following are the return request id which was rejected by flipkart.

After that so many times i called/mail to flipkart to resolved my issue but all the time i received a mail from flipkart saying your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history.
