Flipkart — Different colour received | |
My flipkart account number is [protected] an my order it is OD[protected] . Realme buds air of 3999. I have ordered realme buds air on 1st July and it is delivered on 3rd July. I am shot a unboxing video .After unboxing I will open the buds box then after I will see that the colour of the buds is different then what I ordered. I will call immediately to the customer service that I will ordered the buds in white colour and received in yellow colour . Then they do not do anything that they are unavailable to put refund or replacement request. As there is a technical issue. And they said that you will do yourself in the my order section . On my order section I will be unable to do anything as it's as that for any query contact your branch authorised service centre. then I will call brand authorised service centre and side that I will ordered white colour buds but I will receive yellow colour. then decide jewel contact your shop for any merchant where you want to purchase the buds. And said they will do when there is a defect in the item not in the case of different colour received. Then I am call again to Flipkart customer service there again said that there is a technical issue after 2 days so I am unable to do anything and the customer service is also unable to do anything so tell me that what I do now.o am in strees
