[Resolved]  Flipkart — Double transaction charged because of technical issue by flipkart

Hello,
Here i am sending mail related to payment failed by flipkart but charged from credit card (Sbi card).

I ordered lenovo vibe k5 plus 3 gb on 10th feb 2017 at 12:17 am. At the time of payment's first attempt i gone through regular credit card payment methodology and did pay payed entire amount of rs 8499. But after a moment i got error message from flipkart as below:
Error title : "payment failed"
Error description : "sorry, your payment did not go through. Please try again. Your transection id is tx[protected].in the unlikely event that you are charged, the entire amount will be refunded automatically in 3-5 working days."

I took screenshot of that massage and then tried again for buying product and second time payment got successful. But because of that technical issue by flipkart's side i charged 2 time for single product.
Its been 11 days of this false transection event but no refund done by flipkart or sbi credit card. I complained at sbi and they said merchant charged for 2 transections so they cant refund it until merchant release the false payment and also charged me penalty of overdue because of this unlikely mistake done by flipkart.
Its already been 11 days and no response by flipkart.

Spoke to customer and informed as per payment team and asked to wait for 8 BD so that amount will reflect in account.
