[Resolved]  Flipkart — due to flipkart pay later account cibil report showing loan of 60000 by idfc first bank even there are no any due.

In july 2020 i checked my cibil report and found there is personal loan of 60000 rupees on my name by idfc first bank for which i never applied before. As well i don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank. While i contact to idfc bank they said to contact to flipkart to close pay later account but flipkart's customer care number not even connecting to executive as well no option available to raise case. Then i applied case to reserve bank of india about the same and then i got call from idfc first bank said will close this loan in 10 days. I am waiting to get this loan closed for which i never applied. Now the concern is why flipkart is doing so with their customers? How they got rights to log personal loan on any customer name without his approval or without intimation to him on his mobile or on email? Please take necessary action against this issue. Jay hind 🇮🇳

In February 2022, i checked my cibil report and found there is personal loan of 2000 rupees on my name by idfc first bank for which i never applied before. As well i don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank.

This thing came to my knowledge when my home loan ( Loan Application no: HOU/RAI/1121/931548 from PNBHFL) is about to be disbursed at the final stage through PNBHFL and this CIBIL score which is again checked by the PNBHFL for meeting some final disbursement criteria.
As a result my CIBIL Score get a disastrous effect from 759 (October/2021) to below 700...

While i contact to idfc bank they said to contact to flipkart to close pay later account but flipkart's customer care number not even connecting to executive as well no option available to raise case.
I am waiting to get this loan closed for which i never applied.

As per their scrutiny done through my CIBIL report, it has been shown that the personal loan of Rs/-2000 from IDFC FIRST bank is reflecting in Active status.

Therefore, it's my request to you to kindly acknowledge this matter urgently and attentively, so that my home loan can be disbursed from its final phase and take steps immediately whatever it suits for my case in order to reverse the report in my CIBIL score and reset the initial state without any further delay.

Now the concern is why flipkart is doing so with their customers? How they got rights to log personal loan on any customer name without his approval or without intimation to him on his mobile or on email? Please take necessary action against this issue.
