As I am a customer of your excellent company I have purchased a mi 4a mobile in September 20, 22 or 23 not sure about date and I have misplaced my bill now I have only box having imei number please provide me the bill copy
Please do the needful and find the attached picture for imei number

Customer requested for a invoice copy, we interacted with the customer and informed to share the order details so that we can provide the details customer told he don't have any details he purchase the product from his friend. Informed customer to contact his friend and get the help customer agreed hence closing the complaint from our end.
