I had booked Moto G 2nd Gen. Phone from Flipkart dtd on 06.10.2014 & my Order no. is OD[protected] but they provide Faulty phone to me. After doing constant follow up to change address of shipment they are not entertaining us. I had given 2 times request to change address but they aren't changing my address & always changing dt. of Delivery of the phone.
Even I had given request to change address dtd on 04.11.2014 but insted updating my address in their system they had send their Courier boy on old address
Even the Company who is looking after courier service for Flipkart (E-Kart) they are also not agree to take Responcibilty abt. Wrong address.
According to their persons they are saying this is SOLE Responcibilty of Flipkart; Bcoz they get address details from Flipakart and they do delivery as per that.
Everyday we have to do follow up on Flipkart Coustmer Care Centre to know exact dt. of Delivery of phone but every day they are making FOOL to Coustmer by giving Wrong dt. of Delivery...
Is this some kind of SICK Trick is using by Flipkart for not providing replacement to Coustmer
This is really un-acceptable from Company like Flipkart...
For Those who are reading this Forum Im requesting u to all Please Please Please DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM FROM FLIPKART BCOZ THEY ARE VERY VERY VERY POOR IN AFTER SALES SERVICE & CUSTMER CARE
AND THEY ARE BELIVE TO MAKE COUSTMERS FOOLS!!!
