[Resolved]  Flipkart — earphone delivery delay

Hi, I ordered an earphone from flipkart at 16th October 2019 having order id-OD[protected]. But still it is not shipped where as it's expected delivery date was 26oct 2019.When I contact flipkart customer care they increase the expected delivery date to 29 October. Still now it also not shipped and I again complain against this hence they once again increase the delivery date to 4th November. And today is 3rd November but it is not shipped. So please help me.

However, the seller has completed the refund on 05 Nov 19 and it should have been reflected by now. Also token of the appology of Rs.100 added by the seller to the gift card section of your Flipkart account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
