[Resolved] Flipkart — Earphones missing | |
Order ID: OD[protected] My Email Address: trushal.[protected]@gmail.com I ordered 2 pairs of earphones from Flipkart. I received only 1 pair. On complaining, flipkart closed my complaint 3 times saying refund rejected. On calling their customer care, they give assurance that the issue will be resolved and on the same day close the complaint. There was no investigation into the matter from Flipkart's side, as initially I am given assurance and immediately in a few hours the issue is closed. On the box, i see 2 receipts, 1 with my address and Qty 2 and another with a different address and Qty 1 I am very disappointed with how they have handled my complaint and not given any resolution for the same. May 10, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart gave me a callback regarding the product and told me that the amount will be refunded back. I received the refund and hence marking this issue resolved. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
