[Resolved]  Flipkart — even after the payment, paylater people are harassing to pay

Via my flipkart account i have ordered some goods on 5th november 2018 and had made the payment using a gift voucher (Of 1000 rs value), and my paid amount was 980 rs. And have received the email confirmation of the same that 980 rs. Is paid. After one month flipkart pay later people started calling me telling that 980 rs. Is due and i have used the pay later option for payment., which is not true. I got back to the customer care people and explained them what has happened, they asked me to sent the mail copy which has the payment confirmation, and i sent them the mail. After this customer care people never contacted me. But pay later people started calling me everyday and kept on sending text messages and emails. Relentlessly i explained the situation to n number of people. Now they are threatening me with legal notice sms's and emails, i wrote an email to customer care and suddenly that email id does not exist anymore!
I'm unable to contact the customer care people.
Hence i don't have an option than writing a complaint now.

Flipkart peolple told today over the phone, that I need to make payment of 1080/- ( 980+100 late payment fee ) first, and then after I make the payment they will add 1100/- gift voucher to my Flipkart account.
But I prefer flipkart to add that gift voucher first and then allow me to make the payment via the same voucher.

Customer raised a complaint stating that she made a payment from gift card but it was showing as other mode of payment used, We have interacted with the customer and informed that seller has refunded the gift voucher to customer. Hence, closing the compliant from our end.
