[Resolved] Flipkart — exchange of laptop denied by flipkart ekart delivery person | |||
Hi, I have ordered a new laptop with exchange of my old laptop. (Hp - i5, 8 gb ram, 640 gb hdd) - 5 years old laptop. But after analyse, the delivery person (Wishmaster) (Kilokari hub) denied to deliver the new laptop due to some silly rubber was coming out on the display lcd border of my old laptop. It's not fair enough to reject the delivery of my product due to this silly reason, i have already paid 58000 to flipkart & only getting 12000 discount for exchange of my old lappy (Original cost of my old laptop : 50000). Please do the needful. Really never expect such experience from flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||
