Flipkart — extended warranty not being honored by jeeves

My bajaj microwave bought through you is under extended warranty by jeeves, but they do not honor the warranty with an excuse that burn outs are not under their purview. The burn out of the metal plate happened because of the wrong replacement of megatron by jeeves a few months back. Please help. I am giving below the exchanged emails with jeeves.

Dear Sir,
Before approaching you I registered my complaint with your Mumbai center as directed by your call center. The complaint No is: MUM[protected]-1 with your Mumbai center.
The response was negative and they said that I would have to pay Rs. 350/ for the visit of their service technician apart from the cost of repairs.
I think that it is not justifiable under any circumstances
