So I opened the package to see if the product is inside or not & I found that the Hard Disk Enclosure is there, but it was very light. I already own a product of this exact model with 4TB storage capacity & I knew the weight was not that light. And thus I concluded that the Hard Disk Enclosure is empty. So I immediately created a return request (Return ID:[protected]). Then I got a call from Flipkart & they inquired about my issue. They assured me that my issue will be solved on or before 22/12/18. They also told me that their team will call me to get better information regarding this issue; which they didn't. From 10/12/18 to 23/12/18, I called Flipkart maybe 3-4 times & every time I got the same response; our team will contact you soon & they will get it sorted by 22/12/18. On 14/12/18, I got a call from Flipkart & they told me that their team will contact me within 48 hours; which they didn't. Also between this duration of time, I sent several emails to Flipkart expressing my concerns. Still my return status is stuck at ""Return request received". I got another email stating that the issue will be resolved within 23/12/18 2PM. When I used your call back service, I got a SMS stating that they were unable to reach me and will contact me by 4PM. So called the flipkart customer care number from my end. On 23/12/18, I received an email from flipkart stating that "request for a replacement/refund of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact.". So contacted flipkart again to explain to them that I had already mentioned that the flipkart packaging was intact, but the product packaging seal was cut. So they told me that my issue will be resolved by 27/12/18 & I'll get a call from flipkart on or before that date. On 25/12/18, I received another email stating that the product was delivered to me intact. So I decided to check the packaging & I found that there were TWO Flipkart Tapes on the package i.e. one over another. I again contacted them to check status & the superior executive informed me that I had mistakenly select as the product is missing while creating the return request. To the best of my knowledge when I created the return request there were no options resembling HHD Enclosure present but HDD inside is missing. So they told me that they had clarified this issue with their team & will provide a resolution by 27/12/18. On 27/12/18, I called flipkart again around $PM & I was informed that flipkart will contact me before 9 PM that day. After 9 PM, I again called flipkart & asked them to transfer the call to their superior. He informed me that he doesn't have to authority to take my complain & my former complain was resolved by their team; that concluded that the product was delivered intact to me. He also informed me that any resolution that is going to be provided will be from the email not from their call facility. Another thing he also mentioned that they had sent me many emails between 25/12/18 & 27/12/18; which is completely false & I have proof that I didn't receive any email during that period. I received a SMS from Bajaj Finserv informing me that the EMI amount will start deducting from my account from 02/01/2019. Resolution: I Need Refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
