[Resolved] Flipkart — facial kit [f41] faiza clears pimples,wrinkles mark 50g

I ordered faiza beauty cream but i got entirely different cream named Goree beauty cream and it is expired also. The packaged is already opened, seems to be stolen and replaced with another product. Immediately i contact with delivery boy but he told that he is helpless beacause your product doesn" t have any return policy, i donot know what to do please help me. Was this information helpful? Verified Support Aug 12, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer has raised the issue with regards to the different product and as well as expired as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the relevant team and seller is ready to provide the refund and created return request for the refund and informed the same to customer hence closing the case.
