[Resolved]  Flipkart — Failed to arrange pick up for return and refund.

I had ordered a pair of leggings on Flipkart which was delivered on February 15, 2017 and I had put in a return request on the very same day. I got a confirmation from Flipkart saying that they would be arranging for the pick up.
From February 16th onwards, I have been receiving a SMS that says that the product would be picked up today, but no one shows up to collect the product. No one answers the call on the number of the delivery person, as provided in the SMSes.

I called the customer care on February 21, 2017 and the executive then informed me that the number that was given in the SMS is incorrect. He then gave me the number and asked me to speak to the guy and coordinate with him. He said that he is not responsible for any delivery/pick up in my pin code area and would coordinate with the person responsible for the delivery and pickup of the pin code area where I stay. I had informed him that the product would be made available, irrespective of whether the delivery person can get in touch with me or not. (Number of the delivery guy given by Flipkart executive - [protected])

It's such a mess that has been created. Sometime's they reschedule the pick up because I did not answer the call, another day they rescheduled it because they could not locate the address and today they canceled the return request altogether because "I had decided to keep the product" (as written in the SMS).

We are sorry for the delay in pickup. As we can see that the order ID: OD[protected] has already been picked up and we have initiated refund of Rs. 460 on 24 Feb 2017 and as per the standard banking procedure it will take 3 business days to reflect in his account. Taking this as a feedback and will make sure that it won't repeat in the future. Closing the complaint from our side

I ordered a product and after registering with the flipkart that I'm enable to take call from them and requesting them to call back. They registered my complaint then also they haven't solved the problem.

Stuff which I received that is damaged buttons broken switching damaged poor quality. but till now I haven't received my money back. now I am going through to file a legal complaint and gone to fabcebook page regarding all this matter.
