Flipkart — Fake non brand watch was received (Return pickup is not happening)

I have ordered tommy watch order id OD[protected] on 2nd may and received the product on 6th may and when i opened the flipkart box i saw the box was very very old but that's ok when i open the tommy box i found a local unbranded similar watch inside and immediately, i have raised return request with a reason, and return pickup was also accepted but delivery person denied the pickup for reason product mismatch.
for which i am talking to CS team from last few days and i am not getting any proper response.
they confirm on phone like it will be resolved in 24 hours and after that again they say the same reason.
