[Resolved] Flipkart — fake signature by delivery and no delivery of product | |||||
I had placed a order for a product which was supposed to get delivered on 5th june 2018. The flipkart delivery made a fake signature and kept the package himself. He also updated the status of the package as "delivered". The customer support after 10 days offered me with either replacement of refund. However they did not give me any compensation for the delay in time and the fraud signature. I demanded for complete refund and also free delivery for the loss of time and fraud case. But due to their policy they have no such compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
