[Resolved] Flipkart — fake wrong product and not gave the product has said quantity and used one

I brought oxy face wash pack of 2set of 4 where i got pack of 1 set of 2 and that to different oxy face wash and used one i am calling customer care since i got brought they just say sry fr inconveniences we will transfer call to supervisors or give call back and cut the call no call back nothing i am mailing but they say 24-48hr time to reply and never reply its been more then 10days they are troubling like hell only option left fr me is consumer form my order id od109536946851727000 pls close this type of company were they fool the customer and dont help the customers need to take a very good action on them so they wont trouble customers

We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer stating he received only 1 set, where in the product page it is mentioned set of 2, that also used one. Apologized and informed that we can provide refund for the same as replacement is not available. tried a lot to convince the customer, customer stating he wasted several days for this and he do not want refund and will go further. System do not allow for replacement as the product is sold out. Apologized and stated this is the only resolution that we can provide. Closing the case as customer denied for the refund.
