[Resolved] Flipkart — false promise to deliver furniture

I Ishan Atri from Vasai-Virar, Maharashtra

I was promised to get the delivery of the product by 24th november nearly one and half month after placing order but still did not recieve the product on expected date and they now extend the delivery date. Inspite of requesting them to try deliver the product faster. I tried calling customer care to log a complaint but they said its not updating in the system and giving a new deadline. What is the compensation i am supposed to recieve for this troublesome waiting period? They on their own show issue resolved on the website. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
