I has supposed to get my shipment delivery for FMPP[protected] today by 7 pm.
Now at 5.20 pm when I checked the tracking status as still the delivery has not happened, surprisingly I found the status the the customer ( i.e, me ) have requested for a reschedule . This is absolutely wrong as I have not received any call from flipkart regarding deliver nor have I made such requests.
This is un ethical way of covering up your flaws of failure of maintaining timeline by showcasing it as customer request . I know many a times the customer don't even check what the status is showing .
This is not the first time that such cases has happened . for my last few purchases I have got the the sms on the committed delivery dates the delivery cannot happen due to vehicle breakdown now call it coincidence, fate or covering up
