[Resolved] Flipkart — Faulty Apple IPAD Air 16GB | |||
I received the product Apple IPAD Air 16GB on 1st October... The product was technically damaged as it was not getting ON.. On lodging the complaint, i was advised to visit the Apple customer care which i did and found there is some technical problem with the product.. Also my product was shown to customers saying this is what happened when you shop online I have asked for the Refund on the same and waiting for my product to get picked .. Till now it has not moved.. Flipkart is known for quickest delivery which happened but when it comes to refunding the money, all i have been listening 4 to 5 business working days.. which are not getting over yet could you please help to resolve the and get the refund Was this information helpful? | |||

i got this product faulty and aseked for the the refund, against which i m just being fooled that the packet will be picked up
Since past 10days i have been following and being assured .. but at the end of the day the only statement i get ''Sory it could not happen today and we make sure it will be done with in 24hrs''
Is this the service flipkart provide or is this meaning of Easy Returns written as Flipkart Subtagline
Being a customer i am literally fed up of calling, following up and hearing the same assurance and lost complete trust on Flipkart.. i am doubting now wether i would get the refund of the product
Please do somethings against this..
