This is to bring to your notice that that we had purchased a Motorola Moto G (Second Gen) from flipkart on 29 September 2014 with the order number OD[protected]
The shipment was received by us on 1 october 2014 and the box was in good condition. Just after a few days we realised the phone was not charging properly, initially we thought that there is an issue with the phone, after few days we tried to charge the phone with another charger and the phone battery was getting charged properly.
Would request you to get in touch with us on email [protected]@yahoo.com or Phone [protected] and replace thegood faulty charger as soon as possible.
Hoping Flipkart will live up to its service levels as advertised and of online customers and we will not be forced to contact again and escalate this small matter that can be solved by your corporation as the replacement has to come from the manufacture of the product.
