[Resolved] Flipkart — faulty iphone 7 | |||||
We have purchased a iphone7 with the order id: od[protected]. The mobile that was sent to us was not correct one and making lots of noise and when we called the flipkart customer care. First the representative said that electronics goods will not be refunded and we have to take the iphone to nearby apple center and if there is issue then we have to call up for refund. And by the time we call up it will be 10 days. And the second reason he gave was you should have complained yesterday itself. we have contacting them but everyone is giving different replies. One says that we will send the person to collect the phone and another rep says we cant. Till 10 days as per the exchange policy they were goofing up around and now when we are calling from our number they are not even picking up the phone. What kind of service is this. Will never ever buy anything from Flipkart.
