I ordered a phone which is not working fine. I asked for return and not replacement which call advisor agreed. she asked me to perform a couple of troubleshoot before arranging the return. I contacted again after doing troubleshoot and the advisor denied the return and said only replacement. I told them the return was agreed but neither he nor complaint dept. ready to return and they are also not ready to listen the call which I had with the first advisor. complaint rep directly denied to listen anything. I asked for complaint dept. email id which is also denied.
