[Resolved]  Flipkart — faulty product not talking back and refunding : order id od[protected]

Acer Switch One Atom Quad Core - (2 GB/32 GB EMMC Storage/Windows 10 Home) SW110-1CT 2 in 1 Laptop (10.1 inch, Black).

With reference to the order id; I received the product in a sealed pack state. The Tablet is working fine. However; the keyboard that came along bundled with the product was malfunctioning as it was not working when the tablet is attached to the key board.

on 6th Feb-2018, A complaint was logged and a tech from 3rd party (CMS) was sent next day (7-feb-2018) by the Acer customer support to inspect and the engineer de-assembled the Tab to troubleshoot the issue. The issue was not solved.

Another engineer visited after few days with the spare for the key board but that did not fix the issue.

The whole product was replaced by flipkart as the issue did not got fixed.

The replaced product had the same issue.

Next the engineer visited with the new keyboard as a replacement but still did not got fixed.

After 24 Days of communication and escalation the product was picked up for refund on 01-Mar-2018. Finally refund is now initiated and hope the amount gets credited back in 10 days.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on March 01, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
