Flipkart — Faulty product replacement rejected even within replacement time frame. | |
Order ID is OD[protected] I have purchased Asus laptop from Flipkart, but it was faulty, got hang on startup blank display. I have raised replacement request within return period. After long waiting Flipkart sent service engineer he came and done hard re-boot but as soon as he left premises laptop enters in hang condition again. Still laptop is in same hang condition. But Flipkart has rejected return request. Why I am supposed to used faulty product when I have requested replacement within return period? Requesting to replace my product.
