[Resolved] Flipkart — fed up with the delivery | |||
I have ordered an mi basic wired headset... With tracking id fmpc[protected] from flipkart.com and the product was about to get the delivery by january 12th. Till now the product is not delivered and haven't received any messages or call from delivery people. This is the second time am facing the same problem. Before i have ordered the same product on december 2018 mid week and the expected delivery was on 27 december. Morning i received a call from the delivery people regarding my product will get delivered by evening and once i call in the evening he doesn't attend the call and next day morning also i tried to call him, but no response. Then next day i received a message that my product was cancelled. This is the second time i am having the same problem with the same product. This all incidents makes to lost our trust with flipkart. Really fed up. Kindly do necessary arrangements or else i will move on to higher authority, let me know whether there is consumer rights Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 25, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 17, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled due to maximum attempt failed. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
