[Resolved]  Flipkart — fisher-price newborn to toddler portable rocker

I had ordered fisher-price newborn to toddler portable rocker (Order id :
Od[protected] on 6th january as per flipkart they have to deliver by 8th january. I had checked the status and it mentioned as items been misrouted and it delvered by 10th january.

I had ordered this to give a gift for my friends daughter birthday on 9th january.

Since then i had raised a complaint to flipkart customercare on 8th night 10 pm (Reference no : in[protected], they apologized and promised me that it will be delivered by 9th afternoon.

Now, when i am checking the status its again mentioned as misrouted.

I again raised a complaint with customer care in which they are not giving proper answer and blaming logistics partner.

I donno when iam going to receive the product

This is the third time iam experiencing such thing with flipkart,

The customer complaint about delivery issue. We had interacted with the customer and informed due to wrong pin code mentioned from your end order got misrouted and we have asked customer to place fresh order with mentioning correct pin code. The customer agreed hence closing the complaint from our end.
