[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart assured - farce | |||
A defective dell laptop was delivered to me then they did not bother to call me for more than 24 hours even after the complaint was registered. When a request was made to them that since dell, or flipkart are unable to deliver products which is defect-free then they should replace with a better version of which i am agreeable to pay the balance. That too, was turned down by them. My experience with flipkart has been very bad and there is nothing which is known as 'flipkart assured'. The only assurance that you can get is of a defective product which will neither be returned nor replaced.
