[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart automatically return of order redmi note 4 (gold, 64gb) | |
I ordered xiomi redmi note 4 (Gold, 64 gb) on 16th oct 2017 on flipkart diwali sale with ordered id: od[protected] and it shows that it is shipped to hub location on 19th and upto 24th same status. Suddenly in 24th its showing that ordered is return in the early morning 4.50., so i called customer care and asked the reason about it. Executive said that it was cancelled by seller and also they said order is cancelled by courier partner. I already paid for this order by credit card. They said that order is cancel and refund is also processed and ask me to order again. There was no single call or sms regarding delivery of product. If they are not able to deliver the order than the same will be shared on order day so i can purchase same product from another seller with same discount. Now if i have to buy the same product with extra amount as sale was over and i have to pay 12999 for it. Flipkart I required proper justification and resolution for this issue.
