[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart balance not credited to my account yet. | |
After my got blocked, i'm not able to use my flipkart gift card. So i call customer care and i told them that since my account is blocked how can i get my flipkart balance and they told me that we will send flipkart gift card balance to your account please send your account details on via email and it will be credited on 27th of may. Jul 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 03, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on May 27, 2019. However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the bank with the reference number shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
