I ordered NIKE Downshifter 11 Running Shoes For Men from Flipkart and the shoes were delivered to me on 2 Sep 2022 the shoes were not fitted to my foot and as well as the shoe sole was damaged.
when I go to the Flipkart website to return those shoes it shows me 4-5 options I selected one because the shoes are not fitted into my leg. then Flipkart ask me to provide my Govt issued ID proof I uploaded my voter ID and then Flipkart rejected my return request and no information was provided to me.
I contacted customer support and they said sir this reason was not valid according to Flipkart policy. then they suggest me we should create another return request for this order and that was for a damaged product (this happened to me on 8 Sep 2022)
Flipkart customer care guy raised a return request for the product. and then I got an email from Flipkart on 9 September 2022 at 16:52 that email was about submitting the damaged product images and the box packaging of the product.
I submitted those images on 10 September 2022 at 10:02. but I got nothing from Flipkart. then I contacted Flipkart support then they told me that sir we haven't received any images on email from your side and also they said that the email is not working currently ( i have attached the email copy below you can check it there). then support Mam suggested I upload those images in the chat window of Flipkart.
I uploaded those images there as well. but still, Flipkart said that we got nothing from your side.
then Flipkart again rejected my return request (on 12-sep 2022) without any given reason then I raised the same issue again and provide the images on their provided section of image submission.
but today on[protected] Flipkart again rejected my return request and they just over the time period of return requests by these all stuff.
and
on 15 Sep 2022, a senior Flipkart executive talked to me that your images are not verified by the seller then he gives me the directions and I captured those images accordingly and sent them by email to [protected]@flipkart.com
but on 16 - sep -2022 again my request got canceled by the seller then a Flipkart agent said to me that sir "i don't know why the seller has rejected this request now because your shared images' damage point of the product is clearly visible".and he raised a return request again for that order.
but again on 17-sep 2022, my order got rejected again and I talked to the Flipkart executive mam she again told me the same things that images are not verified by the seller then she raised another return request for that order and
now at 18 -Sep 2022 in the morning I got received a message from Flipkart that your order return request has been canceled.
and my Flipkart account is also blocked by Flipkart. this is not the appropriate way Flipkart did with me I will take legal action if needed. I want my resolution as soon as possible. because I have wasted almost 17 days on this order.
and other orders Next EMI's is also pending in my Flipkart
I have all the proofs of chat and recording with Flipkart executive and email copies as well kindly give me the resolution and I want my money back.
Flipkart is responsible for the whole matter.
I have uploaded all the images and email copies related to that product.

flipkart is fraud now
