[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart blocked my account I want to replacement in my product and pay bill of pay later. | |||
My mobile no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com flipkart blocked my account on 11 may due to some more returns.my last order is samsung level u earphones .after receiving parcel first day its working properly but another day it cant connect to my phone i checked charge is full or not and also connect with another phone but it cant connect . I buy this earphones via flipkart pay later wallet But flipkart blocked my account now i want replacement and pay bill to avoid late due charge.i contacted flipkart many time but havent got any help regarding this issue.i just want replacement and want to pay my pay later bill .. Jun 28, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 22, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
