[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart blocked my account stating I am a reseller | |||||
Received an email saying they found that i am reselling the products purchased from flipkart and so they have blocked my account!! I have been purchasing from flipkart since 2011 from that account. Had spent lakhs of rupees in flipkart and most of them were prepaid instead of cod. And without even informing or giving a warning, they blocked my account. Now i am not able to login to my account to view my purchase history. I am not able to download the invoice to claim warranty of products purchased from flipkart. If they found that i am reselling the products, they can automatically cancel all my future orders, i am ok with that. But restricting me from logging in to their account is not the right way of dealing. Especially to a loyal customer who own the account for 6-7 years. What i should do? This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
