[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart book order paid via credit card not listed in 'my orders' | |||
I had requested a book ikigai vide order no. Od[protected] on dec 28, 2019, that was to be delivered on dec 30, 2019. I paid rs.325/- for the same through my credit card via my mobile. I did not receive the book on the said date, but instead, received a message that this delay in delivering is due to unforeseen circumstances. When i visited 'my orders' section on flipkart to track this order, i found it not even listed there for me to track. I don't know if i have become a victim of fraud. Verified Support Jan 01, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to inform you that the delivery of the product has been delayed due to unforeseen reasons. However, the product will be delivered to you by today. Hence, we are closing this complaint from our end.
