Sir, I (from my friend k. Praveen login) purchased Flipkart air cooler, 30 liter capacity on 14th March 2022 with Order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart e-commerce site. It was replaced due to the product damaged before delivery. From the month of May 1st week it's not functioning (not even On). After repeated requests (approximately 30 times by phone, email etc) a mechanic came in june mid and rectified the issue but from day day before yesterday (june 21, 2022) facing same issue (not working/ on). I want permanent solution to rectify this issue or replace the product or return my money which I purchased the product. Please take necessary action as soon as possible. Regards Koti Srivatsa D.
