[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart canceled my order after shipping | |
I ordered a pendrive [ ORDER ID : OD[protected] ] on Big shopping day festival on 14th may and the product also shipped on the next day morning . The afternoon i received a mail from flipkart ''your order was cancelled'' Reason : Due to limited stock, the seller has cancelled this product. if you dont have product than how you shipped the product ? or you provided fake shipping tracking id ? After that i searched consumercomplaints many peoples faced the same issue . Now the product price increased so you will resend the product or tell me a solution to get my product in same price Was this information helpful? | |
Jun 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 17, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller due to bulk order. Hence, closing the compliant from our end.
