[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart cheating customers and making fraud commitments on delivery | |||
I ordered watch on 16th oct 2018. First delivery date mssg was committed on 20th oct 2018. Second date postponed 22-oct -2018. Now the delivery is postponed to 26th oct 2018. When i contacted flipkart executive on 22 morning they said that the product will arrive today (22-oct-2018) by itself before 7pm!! Flipkart cheating customers and making fraud commitments??.. This is the 3rd time flipkart postponed the last date on this product!!! Items ordered after this purchase has delivered... Why are you fooling customers?? Not satisfied with your irresponsible service!! This is the second time i'm facing courier service problem!! Previous time there was not even a notification on the cancellation of the product!! I've lost the product (Wildcraft rucksack)!! When i contacted customer executive they said they can't revel the reason behind the cancellation.. It was ordered on august (I was not aware of complaining back then).. Currently i ordered fossil watch for men. Was this information helpful? | |||
