Flipkart — flipkart continuously harassing for non payment of pay later bill

I want to say that flipkart continously harrasing me for non payment of flipkart pay later bill of rs 1100/- but they themselves blocked my account and they continue to harras me.
I tried to unblock my account but account is not unblocked. The flipkart customer executive continously harras me for non payment of bill. Plesase resolve my issue as soon as possible.
