[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart courier/packing security bags | |
I ordered courier bags from flipkart and the items was not delivered statues showing shipped. I waited 10 days and i tried to cancel my order. Surprisingly there is no option to cancel and i called four time customer care to cancel my orders. But customer care people told that there is no option to cancel the order so my orders will not get cancel. The ordered items are not delivered and my payment was not refunded. I am also a business customer of flipkart, i know what are the actions they take if a business customer commits policy violation. But what about the flipkart they self they are not following their policies. I will not leave this matter here... Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Mar 21, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was not delivered to him. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on March 19, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
