[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart deducted money from my bank account but did not confirmed or placed the order.

I ordered redmi note 5 pro from flipkart on 21/03/2018 12:20 pm. They asked for otp for confirmation i submit the otp. Next it show page unable or some like error. I got a sms from my bank punjab national bank that 13999 has been debited from my account. But flipkart says that no order has been placed, order has failed. Then still did not refunded my money.
