[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart - Delay in delivery of product purchased and they say, they have contcated me | |||
his is with reference to my order numberOD[protected] which I placed on 6th October 2014. The delivery date published at the time of purchase was 14th October 2014. Later, it was delayed and changed to 16th October 2014 and was informed to me. To my surprise, I didn't receive the product on the expected delivery date and when I reached to their customer care then only I was informed that, they tried reaching me. which they have not done I had already paid for the product and never expected such a delay. When Flipkart can't make it up to customer service/satisfaction, they don't have any rights to claim being. Was this information helpful? | |||
