[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart delivered broken/malfunctioned laptop and not refunding | |||||
I purchased a laptop for rs80, 990 on may 16th 2019. Flipkart delivered it on may 19th and it was malfunctioning on delivering. The internet/wifi card was not working, and there was severe heating issues with even simple use. The laptop was faulty and immediately filed for a refund request. Flipkart asked me to wait until may 30th for a "technician visit". The technician never came. Then they asked me to wait one more day: may 31st. He didn't come. Then they asked me to wait til june 3rd: he did not come. By this time i called at least 15-20 times. Flipkart keeps giving me the same response that they read from a script: "we understand sir. Please wait, and technician will come and we will provide refund" Agian they asked me to wait till june 5th. Today is june 5th and he has not come. Now they have asked me to wait till june 7th. They took my money and they are keeping it, and i cant buy a new laptop because of this. And because of that i cannot work!!! This is robbery. I need help! Was this information helpful? | |||||
