[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart delivery of realme xt is not delivered and order is cancelled

I had ordered the realme xt phone from flipkart on big billian day sell on 2nd october-2019. On flipkart app it shows me that my order is going to delivered on 10th october. So i am waiting for my order on 10th october.

I also got call from flipkart delivery boy on 10th october morning that he should delivered the order on same day. But till evening i don't get delivery so i called the flipkart deliver ahmedabad number around 4:00 pm same day for delivery status then they told me that we had a lots of load right now so we could not delivered it today but we will deliver it on friday but friday i am not available so i told them can you please deliver it on saturday then they told me that it is ok we will able to deliver on saturday 12th october.

I also got message from flipkart that my order is for out for delivery on 12th october. So i am happy and waiting for my delivery but i don't get any deliver till afternoon so i called the flipkart deliver number for status. They again told me that your home is not in our route so we can't be deliver it today but we will be delivered it sunday 13th october.

Same cycle goes for sunday and i got message from flipkart that your order is cancelled. We called to flipkart customer care but they only says sorry and try to do some excuses.

My point is that if you are not able to deliver then why you taking order in first place.

I do have conversation recording that done between me and flipkart delivery person.

I feel cheated by flipkart because they even not attempted delivery to my home and cancelled the order.
