[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart denied exchange with invalid reason | |||||
I had ordered a mobile phone in exchange of another via flipkart order OD[protected]. When the delivery boy came for pickup and delivery, he verified the following - TOUCH was working - IMEI was verified - NO major cracks on body, bezzel, screen - Show TRUE color on display - HOLDS battery & worked without charger - Delivery boy inspected for good 2-3 minutes and found it working The model for return was a discontinued model, however flipkart had assured exchange of any smartphone. The company launched these offer for promotion, and had no real use of exchanged product, but the delivery partner still denied the pickup even though all the stated condition met and satisfied.
