Flipkart — flipkart did not issue refund but saying they did. | |||
Order id - od[protected] I ordered some items worth rs. 1671. I cancelled two items from that order worth rs. 180 + rs. 180 hence, total of rs. 360. Flipkart said they refunded me an amount of rs. 180 and rs. 180 on 1st december and they assured me by 3rd december, that i will get the amount in my bank. Today is 4th december and i have received only rs. 180 but flipkart says they have refunded rs. 180 + rs. 180. I called called and emailed them number of times but they never help or provide any proper response. They ask me to keep waiting even after the deadline to receive the amount in my bank. Since there are two refunds (Rs. 180 + rs. 180), two refund ids were generated by flipkart which are : Refund id:[protected] And Refund id:[protected] I have been also provided with only one refund reference number and was asked to contact my bank with the refund reference number but i do not need that because as i said that i have received a refund of rs. 180 once. They have generated refund reference number for refund id[protected] and i have got the money in my bank (Rs. 180) They haven't generated refund reference number for refund id[protected] and i haven't got the money in my bank (Rs. 180) Was this information helpful? | |||
