[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart didn't respond to get back my gift card.

My name is vignesh. Flipkart blocked my account on nov 10th and they telling the reason that i purchase the products for reselling. But i clearly explained them through email and phone calls. My flipkart account consists of rs.8999 worth gift card. I want my gift card back but there is no response from flipkart side. They are sending the same email to me for the past 25 days. Please help me to get back my gift card. Below i attach the screenshots of the email conversation i had with flipkart customer care. See them they are only sending the same email to me.
